The royal saga of the Přemyslids concludes with the book THE KINGDOM DOES NOT DIE (1291-1309) and connects the novels The Beggar with the Silver Cane and The Royal Nach Will Not Protect You. The transformation of the ages at the beginning of the 14th century found Bohemia at the peak of prosperity and wealth, but unheard-of events, to which chroniclers will long return after the storms have passed, suddenly changed the meaning of life for kings and the most wretched outcasts alike. With a non-combative strategy, Václav II dealt a crushing defeat to the Roman king Albert and sought allies in France. After his premature death and the assassination of the last Přemyslid Václav III, chaos engulfed the kingdom, and other heroes were also killed by the hand of a treacherous murderer. The future will be decided by three Czech queens — Richenza, Viola, and Eliška Přemyslovna, whose lives are threatened by the struggle for power and personal poison...
