German for Language Schools New 3 is the last part of a three-volume series of textbooks designed not only for students of language and secondary schools. It can be successfully used by anyone who wants to communicate in basic life situations. The well-known original four-part edition now has only three parts, each with sixteen lessons, with the grammatical content significantly reduced. In the third part, the basic grammatical phenomena covered in previous parts are gradually repeated and supplemented in each lesson. This is followed by the explanation of one or two grammatical phenomena that further expand or relate to the frequently repeated material. Emphasis is placed on words that are often confused under the influence of the mother tongue: pünktlich, genau (exact), Reise, Weg, Fahrt (journey), gern, froh (glad), wechseln, ändern (to exchange), etc. However, the vast majority of topics are completely new: experiences with accommodation in hotels, German holidays, pets, politics and social issues, various lifestyles, wedding customs and traditions, the German school system, crime, etc. The introductory texts serve as a starting point for conversation and are primarily aimed at developing speaking skills.
