The publication aims to help in the teaching of didactics and the history of mathematics, but mainly to be a source of inspiration for secondary school teachers who are interested in quality teaching. The book is divided into three parts: Part I Specific Didactics of Mathematics includes the didactic processing of the following topics: Sets and Logic, Real Numbers, Functions, Trigonometry, Equations and Inequalities in R, Complex Numbers, Combinatorics, Probability and Statistics, Sequences and Infinite Series, Geometry, Vectors, Analytical Geometry, Mathematical Analysis. The processing of all topics has the following uniform structure: the history of the emergence and development of concepts and methods, an overview of the methodological processing of the material in our textbooks in historical development, didactic analysis of the current conception and methodology of explanation, motivational and application tasks (including unconventional interesting tasks), specific processing of the scenario of significant teaching lessons.
