In this book, you will find a gentle introduction to the C# programming language, based on C++. C# is a new programming language distributed by Microsoft. Although it is primarily provided as part of Visual Studio .NET, the basic tools for developing programs in it are free, available online, and are quite good. The goal of the book is to bring the reader to the level of an advanced programmer. This means that alongside the syntax of the C# language, they will also become familiar with selected components of the library. It will primarily cover the use of data streams, the basics of reflection, the use of user attributes, and programming graphical user interfaces for applications.
