The second part of the full-color workbook from the new series for education according to the RVP, released in the summer of 2006, contains an illustrative introduction to the topic of natural numbers and further deals with numbers and digits from 1 to 5 (comparison, addition, subtraction, writing practice), and also includes exercises and applications of the material. The textbook Mathematics and Its Applications 1 is divided into three parts of 64 pages each, supplemented by three workbooks and a digit writing book. Not only the workbooks but also the textbook is material that children engage with in active work.
