The fifth and final volume of the new series of natural science textbooks introduces students to internal and external geological processes, the geological development and structure of the Czech Republic, and teaches them to recognize basic minerals and rocks. The second part is dedicated to the fundamentals of ecology and environmental protection. The natural science material is interconnected with knowledge from physics, chemistry, geography, history, and other fields. The publication emphasizes the development of independent thinking and the practical application of natural science knowledge in everyday life. Its foundation consists of clearly structured double pages.
