Since time immemorial, people have feared diseases that threatened their lives, and there were many of them. Entire generations were mostly defenseless against epidemics. Millions of people died from the plague, smallpox, typhus, or the Spanish flu. Therefore, it is not surprising that people today are still afraid. However, the coronavirus is not a deadly disease, as only a small percentage of people die from it, primarily in combination with underlying conditions or a severely weakened immune system. Thus, panic is certainly not warranted, but reason dictates caution. How is one supposed to feel when, in connection with the coronavirus, they learn daily how the world is mobilizing all its forces to prevent it? Biochemists are even cautiously pointing out that it is still too early for any conclusions about testing substances. A global collapse may be an inevitable necessity, and the catastrophic scenarios of Hollywood blockbusters could become reality. Whether the new coronavirus will be overcome is still unknown. At the moment, it is just a pious wish. In this book, among other things, we summarize how to defend against the coronavirus. We have no other choice.
