Times change and we change with them, says a proverb, but what if that is not the case? What if people remain the same, only placed in different times and circumstances? Why not choose a different, happier, and thus more human angle of view and abandon the strictly scientific and rhetorical evaluation of world, and thus our, biblical and ancient history? Our probe into history attempts to bring closer, or paraphrase, some of the most famous personalities and events from both distant and recent past in an entertaining way to a wider circle of adult readers. We should not look too far back, but we should have some awareness of who we humans actually are, where we came from, and where we are heading.
