The book Forbidden Fruit tells the story of a woman who, after experiencing a very unpleasant event in the form of her husband's infidelity, unexpectedly finds a path to a new chapter in her life. And because it is also a romantic story, there is room for new love. The main character, the likable forty-something Věra, lives what seems to be a problem-free and easy life. But then comes a blow that acts as a trigger for events that disrupt her peaceful routine. It's not easy at first, but in the end, when Věra looks back at what has happened to her, she is happy that she found the courage to shift her unchanging way of life into a new dimension of experiences.
