The new Civil Code, the Commercial Corporations Act, and the Private International Law Act will fundamentally change the existing legal framework of the entire private law sphere. The scope of changes is enormous, as not only the terminology and structure are changing, but also the concepts and overall philosophy. A tabular comparison of the ten most important existing laws with the new laws can effectively assist in adopting the new legal framework. Each table contains the paragraphs of the existing law arranged in ascending order, along with the corresponding paragraphs of the new law. This will give readers an idea of where they can find the institutes they are interested in within the new legal order, what they are now called, and what their connections are. In addition, the publication includes detailed indexes of all new laws. The publication was prepared by specialists from the legislative department of the Ministry of Justice.
