Beschreibung
Lucien Zell was born on the eve of All Souls' Day (November 1) in the City of Angels (Los Angeles, California). However, he has been living in Europe for twenty years. Although he is not formally trained as a writer, he diligently attended a university where writers are always welcome. He educated himself on the road, taught by the night and the cruel indifference that reigns in the universe. At Zell's university, loneliness and rejection are taught, and he is currently working on his doctoral degree. Lucien Zell is a passionate aesthetician (as opposed to a terrorist). He plants his artistic bombs through a wide range of media. Alan Levy, an American writer and critic, celebrates him as the troubadour of the 21st century. He has published four collections of poetry. His haikus won first prize from the online magazine World Haiku Review. He acted in the Bollywood film Prague, and his band Wavemen released the CD Fall into Flight in 2010. As a lyricist, he has collaborated with various artists across genres, and his songs have been released by renowned music publishers. Invisible Bars is his first novel. Its plot consists of seemingly unrelated stories from 'invisible' bars around the world, narrated by their protagonists to the owner of one such bar.
