The new 7th edition of the Overview of High School Physics contains all the topics of high school physics that a high school graduate should know. It responds to developments in science, technology, and modern technologies. The Overview of Physics also includes a color supplement. The publication now comes with an electronic supplement (ED) called Overview PLUS, which is an integral part of the book. The data contained in the ED are available to owners of the 7th edition on the website of the Prometheus publishing house (www.prometheus-data.cz). Overview PLUS consists of seven separate parts: Extended Curriculum, Exercises to the Curriculum, Test Problems in Physics (computer application), Interesting Physics Topics, Historical Notes, Information Sources on the Internet, and Literature. The text part of Overview PLUS has more than 700 pages, which is a larger volume of text than the Overview of High School Physics itself. Thus, the user receives additional extensive supplementary study material in electronic form at the price of the printed book. In addition to the electronic application Test Problems in Physics, Overview PLUS also includes three interactive programs related to the topic of Modeling Physical Processes.
