Beschreibung
Ing., Mgr. Františka Böhmová was born in 1965 in Karlovy Vary. She spent her childhood in the Domažlice region and now lives with her family in Ostrava. She studied at the Faculty of Economics at VŠB in Ostrava and later at the Faculty of Theology at UP in Olomouc. She works as an independent pastoral assistant and catechist in Ostrava - Zábřeh, often giving lectures or retreats for women in other parishes as well. She has already written a book of prayers for children titled Cestičky k Bohu (KNA 2011). The first class after the holidays, the children well-prepared, only Eliška, Lukášek, and Vašík are missing. "Where are they?" I ask Kubík. "Well, they missed the bus..." he replied hesitantly. "The first class and already a fifteen-minute delay!" I thought to myself, annoyed. After a quarter of an hour, I hear under the window: "Aunt Fany, come see, we have a surprise for you!" A surprise?! How nice! I ran out – and it really was a surprise: a dead squirrel, completely stiff, with its tail stretched out like a ruler! ... "So are you happy, or are you more angry?" the latecomers wanted to make sure. "I am VERY happy!" I smiled at their tense little faces.
