A modernly conceived textbook of philosophy and ethics for third-year high school students is intended for curious students and teachers who strive to create interesting and diverse lessons. It is divided into 28 lessons, each containing a student sheet (with an introductory motto, lesson objectives, and a description of its course), appendices (for completing individual tasks), readings (not separately allocated outside the lessons, but directly related to the assigned tasks), and a summary (with the most important material). The teacher's section contains a detailed methodology for all lessons, including objectives, aids, and methods. The book also includes a set of worksheets. The book is based on the RVP G (or RVP GSP), meeting the requirements for expected outcomes and content. Therefore, the teacher's section also includes a proposal for the curriculum for the 3rd year of ZSV for the school educational program. The title follows similarly conceived textbooks on psychology, sociology, and economics by authors Přemysl Šil and Jana Karolová, published by the Olomouc Publishing House under the titles Man as a Personality and Man in Society and Economic Life.
