Česko-německý, německo-český odborný slovník + CD – group of authors (2011)

The Czech-German / German-Czech specialized dictionary, which we are presenting here for the second time in an updated form, aims to offer users an extensive lexicographically processed theme primarily in technical, but also scientific and economic fields in the German language. The second edition summarizes a number of new suggestions and critical recommendations that have been incorporated into the work. The terminology was also consulted with native speakers from Germany and Austria, who significantly contributed to the final form of this dictionary. Thanks to them and other editors, some lexicon was added, clarified, or removed. In addition to sorting and expanding the vocabulary, new illustrations have been included to visually demonstrate the practical use of specialized terminology when describing various objects, machines, tools, etc., and also to help explain the meaning of certain terms in a visual form. A significant addition to this book edition is its electronic version on a CD medium. With this, we aimed to accommodate users who utilize PCs for their work, as the electronic form of the dictionary could enhance their efficiency.
