Human civilization was not destroyed by war, but by something much more twisted: The Threads – an aggressive parasite that consumes all living things and turns the world into a poisoned wasteland. Most of the Czech Republic is uninhabitable, and places to live are relentlessly dwindling. Tomáš lives in the last security zone of Prague that has not yet fallen. When the young man comes into possession of a mysterious computer disk, he suddenly becomes the prey of the worst scum. He is forced to leave the zone and venture into the wilderness full of danger. Bandits, bloodthirsty constructs – and also a mysterious duo on a strange mission. An old soldier and a one-eyed girl who claim that humanity still has hope. What are the Threads anyway, and is there a way to stop them? The answers lie in a world of thick fog – in the Nachové wastelands, where the mind goes mad and the roar of horror rises from the depths.
