A warm romantic comedy for fans of Heartstopper, about how having a strong personality can make finding your first love difficult. Patch Simmons has decided that this year he will finally find himself a boyfriend. Unfortunately, all the out gay boys at his school are already taken, so it will not be easy. Then fate brings two new members to the drama club: Peter, who has moved from New York, and his best friend Sam. Patch is certain he will get together with one of them, whichever one it turns out to be. He believes his mother’s outdated relationship guides, his best friend Jean’s excessive support and his worryingly high self-confidence will help him.
