Ivana Noble introduces readers to the world of biblical stories through her own artistic works, which are accompanied by texts from Scripture, from ancient Western and Eastern Christian traditions, medieval mysticism, and modern and contemporary theology and spirituality. More than fifty reproductions of the author's artworks in the book feature lithographs created in the workshop of Petr Korbelář from 2007 to 2019, and later oil paintings, including the cycle "The Life of Mary." This was created during the COVID restrictions and the author's time in Mariánské Lázně.
