Beschreibung
The last ruler of the Přemyslid dynasty, Václav III, is killed, and there is a threat that the resulting situation will cause complete chaos in the Kingdom of Bohemia. The widow of the murdered king, Queen Viola of Těšín, entrusts her personal confidant and advisor, Kryštof, a Benedictine monk, with the task of finding the king's murderer. There are more than enough people who could benefit from the king's death, and monk Kryštof, who is assigned a captain of the royal guards, Blahota, as his guide and assistant, realizes that he has been given a truly Herculean burden. Perhaps just because the powerful of this world are throwing all sorts of obstacles in his way and trying to prevent the successful resolution of the case...
