Císařovna – Bureš Roman (2025)

One night, the entire world changed. Human history shattered, and fragments of civilizations from prehistory to the distant future reassembled into a chaotic collage. Cultures that had previously been separated by a chasm of hundreds or even thousands of years came into direct contact.

Fate brought former archaeology student Toňa to the forefront of the Roman legions, which managed to defeat the Nazis with the significant contribution of Serenin's battle robot. Accompanied by the legions, Toňa eventually entered the dilapidated Rome, where she was proclaimed the ruler of the empire. Now she faces a daunting task — to consolidate the empire and restore glory to the Eternal City. The legionaries come into contact with other time enclaves, including a future Sicily, ruled by Islamists eager to spread the true faith into Italy. Meanwhile, the influence of the church is growing in Tuscany, which considers pagan Rome its arch-enemy. An experimental military creature named Viktor, a cyborg with a primary instinct to fight, also enters the scene. And last but not least, there is the desire for power of the old Roman aristocracy led by Septimius Severus, who — but for the Collapse of Time — was meant to become emperor.
