Since the moment Kripál first undertook his life-changing journey to India, several years have passed. Although he always knew he wanted to return to the spice-scented land, he had no idea it would be so soon and for such sad reasons.

He hopes that reuniting with his teacher Tatandží will bring at least a little peace to his soul. But as if it weren't enough that he is already struggling with such serious difficulties, when he arrives at the ashram, he sees only scattered furniture and chaos. There is no sign of Tatandží. He finds only an adorable blue-eyed kitten, which he later names Shakti, and a strange notebook with even stranger notes.

And it is here, in the empty and damaged ashram, that Kripál's next journey begins – a journey to find Tatandží, his birthplace, and the mysterious place called 'The Village of Timeless Monks', in search of inner peace and a better understanding of himself. Along the way, he will meet many beautiful and kindred souls, delve a little deeper into the spiritual world of the locals, but he will also have to deal with people who, like him, long for clues leading to the dreamlike and blissful village. Will Kripál manage to triumph over the villains, but above all over himself, once again?
