Surveyor George and his beautiful wife Kathy have found their dream home in the town of Amityville on Long Island. Moreover, at an amazing price. What does it matter that a six-fold murder occurred there a year ago, when young Ronnie DeFeo shot his parents, two sisters, and two brothers with a rifle? A house is just a house. The Lutzes are not interested in superstitions, and the murderer is already in prison. As good Christians, they have their house blessed by their pastor Frank Mancuso, who, however, hears a terrifying voice with the impact of the first drops of holy water.
