The author also touches on more subtle themes — human indifference, extinguished relationships, and all sorts of "makeshift" situations, personal crises, and so on. The title of the book refers to a well-known thought experiment and suggests that "the ambivalence of phenomena and uncertainty in assumptions". Beran is a non-exhibiting and actually traditional writer, but he is not afraid to unexpectedly update the reality of his short story heroes with some picturesque magic, inviting completely...
