A book-length interview with a significant Czech poet, a legendary teacher, and a formative personality. The interview is conducted along two lines — biographical and thematic. In the first, it covers life’s vicissitudes from childhood in beloved Hradec nad Moravicí through high school studies in Bohumín, university in Brno, teaching positions, and partnership mishaps to moving to Opava and returning to Brno. In the second, six essential stigmas of the author's world are explored: 1. Places, landscapes; 2. People, friends; 3. Teacher, students; 4. Reading, literature; 5. Listening, music; 6. Faith, God. The interview is conducted very openly, sincerely, passionately, but also with a sense of perspective over what time has swept away and what hasn’t quite succeeded. It brings together a high school teacher and his former student from the Brno gymnasium on Slovanské náměstí. Life, opinions, people, places, rises, tumbles — all of this in one "tangled" jumble.
