After the debut Hideouts (2018), which garnered deserved attention, the poetess presents another, even more mature and concentrated collection. Just as in her first collection, here the author builds intimate yet intensity-saturated spaces on modest foundations, where she carefully explores her relationship with God, her loved ones, nature, and the entirety of existence, which this time she perceives through images of waves more dynamically, as both dizziness and calm. Even on the seemingly calm surface of the everyday life we live, she manages to impressively capture the subtle existential tremor. In other words, she can look at the familiar with a new, dawn-like gaze and testify to the found weight in strong, impactful verses.
