In the Scottish Highlands, there is a resort where Christmas can be celebrated all year round. The decorations are overseen by art course instructor Holliday, who lives there and simply loves Christmas. However, the owner decides to sell the dilapidated property. Damon expresses serious interest, as he has the worst memories of the resort and wants to turn it into a modern hotel. Holliday sees through his plans and initially tries to make his stay unpleasant. When that fails, she, along with her colleagues and friends, does everything to make Damon fall in love with the resort just as it is. Will Damon and Holliday fall in love too?
