The publication offers specifically designed exercises for training comprehension of spoken and written text, memory, conversation practice, expression, recalling words and phrases, the ability to react in everyday situations, and the ability to express oneself effectively not only for individuals with aphasia but also for seniors, patients with dementia, and individuals with cognitive deficits. This is the first publication of its kind (practical approaches) in our country. Its author has long been engaged in speech therapy intervention for adults with aphasia (disruption of the ability to understand or produce speech and its written form) after strokes, head injuries, tumors, etc. The book is intended for clinical speech therapists, families of affected individuals, activity groups, patient organizations, associations, and can also serve as a supplement for cognitive training.
