He revels in incredible brutality, loves to hear himself talk, and is so confident in his genius that he calls the police himself to tell them where to find the next victim. Investigator Andrea Šimečková is sent by the mysterious voice on the phone to a seemingly empty house. There, she will make a horrific discovery. A naked, dead man nailed to the floor, with joints bent in a way that resembles a spider. The body is mutilated in a manner that shocks even the hardened police officers. In the following days, not only does a manhunt begin, but also a bizarre game of cat and mouse, in which Andrea's boyfriend Saša Kraus plays one of the main roles. A former police officer, now a journalist, who eagerly takes on the role of police consultant. As part of the investigation, they begin to step on the toes of the brutal killer more and more each day, who acts as the embodiment of evil. Saša and Andrea slowly tighten the noose around the killer. They realize the terrifying truth that even though they do not yet know the killer, it does not mean that he does not know them...
