The publication will provide the user with a comprehensive overview of how to reflect tax impacts in accounting practice. It includes current accounting, tax, and legal changes. The authors focus on accounting and taxes primarily in capital trading companies. However, they also mention situations from the practice of personal trading companies. They explain the impacts of all taxes imposed in the Czech Republic. The main part focuses on income taxes (current and deferred), value-added tax (proportional and shortening coefficients, the system of tax liability transfer), and the basics of tax impacts of company transformations. Currently, there is no other up-to-date publication on the market that comprehensively depicts the accounting and tax consequences in the practice of capital companies.
