The publication introduces readers to the principles of ergodiagnostics, ergodiagnostic examination, and the involvement of individual members of the interprofessional team in the process of ergodiagnostics (pre-work rehabilitation), which is an important part of rehabilitation in healthcare, determining the general capabilities of an individual for work. The individual chapters gradually familiarize the reader with the development of the concept of ergodiagnostic methodology and the legislative foundations on which the system of ergodiagnostic centers operates.
