It reflects the many changes introduced since the previous 2021 edition, including new conditions for serving as an executive director, related information duties and the establishment of a register of excluded persons. It also covers the possibility of founding a limited liability company by videoconference through a notary, as well as further clarification of the so-called one-hundred-euro company, or simplified company, which can be established at lower cost when the conditions are met.
