However, it is always good to realize that at the very beginning, it is not the educator who stands there. At the beginning, it is primarily a person. For this unique individual to fully dedicate themselves to others, they must, in addition to acquired knowledge, primarily get to know themselves, both in relation to themselves and to others, and subsequently to their profession. Thus, it happens that even a future guide for others needs an experienced guide on their journey to themselves, who will lead them through the entire personal and social preparation, help them look within themselves, and develop their ability for self-reflection. This book serves as such a guide. The future educator's theme is no longer just to acquire as much information and experience as possible to pass on to their students, but also to learn to work with themselves, successfully apply self-care, prevent burnout, understand each individual, and the laws of relationship development within a group.
