Beschreibung
This Czech-language book is an extensive collection of short texts on nonviolent communication by Marshall B. Rosenberg, the founder of the method. Drawing on various books and interviews, as well as online sources and previously unpublished seminars, it explains the four-part process of nonviolent communication—observations, feelings, needs and requests—and the specific symbols, such as the giraffe and the jackal, along with the terms and values that play a role in the method. It shows how to overcome major obstacles to practising it, how our language can create an atmosphere of violence or nonviolence, and how to work within the method with difficult emotions such as anger, guilt and depression. Finally, it offers inspiration for applying nonviolent communication in relationships and society, including in the family, at school, at work and in positions of power, as well as for living it as a way of personal growth and a way of being.
