Each of these sections will include sets of exercises of various types, partly themed around the specific month (holidays, anniversaries, etc.). The reader thus receives a set of materials for training to practice individual cognitive functions according to a given scheme each month. Unlike the author's previous books, significant attention is paid to concentration here, as it is the fundamental pillar for the successful functioning of all other cognitive functions both individually and as a complex.
