Jak učit finanční gramotnost? - Tipy a podněty do výuky – Lichtenberková Kateřina (2022)

Financial education should be a solid part of our lifelong learning, as it helps us understand how to manage our money properly, how to invest it, how the market works, how not to over-indebt ourselves, how to avoid scams, and much more. To achieve this, it is also necessary to develop other skills and adopt attitudes that will help us succeed in the job market and in life overall. Ideally, financial literacy should be taught by a financially literate and entrepreneurial teacher. They need support in the methodology of teaching financial literacy, access to new teaching methods, integration of interdisciplinary connections, and linking teaching with practice. The publication, created in collaboration with the organization yourchance o.p.s. and its project Financial Literacy in Schools, is a practical guide for teachers to effectively convey financial literacy to students. It processes the topic clearly and offers a number of practical suggestions for teaching in primary and secondary schools, tips for activities, worksheets, and examples of good practice. The author team consists of experienced teachers and collaborators on the Financial Literacy in Schools projects.
