Somewhere in the depths of every story lies a treasure waiting to be discovered. The art therapeutic approach presented by the author works with myths and fairy tales that serve to reveal the challenges we face. Clients begin by choosing a character from a myth or fairy tale that attracts them, without knowing why. Then, together with the character they have chosen, they embark on a creative journey to uncover their hidden and unconscious aspects. The approach presented is comprehensive.
