Beschreibung
Children with delayed speech development or children with dysphasia find it difficult to learn poems. They are too complex for them, many sounds they cannot pronounce correctly, and therefore the poems in their rendition are often incomprehensible, which negatively affects their self-esteem. The book contains a collection of simple illustrated rhymes that speech therapists, preschool teachers, and parents can successfully use with children who have more serious speech issues. The poems can also serve to support normal speech development in young children. The simplest rhymes contain only sounds from the first articulatory circuit, while others gradually add more sounds. No rhyme includes sibilants or the sounds l, r, ř, which are the most difficult in terms of pronunciation. Simple illustrations support the memorization of the rhyme, allowing even children who have various learning difficulties to master them.
