The workbook is an excellent tool for mastering a large amount of data in the comprehensive publication Psychology, which is considered one of the foundational textbooks in the field (Czech: R. L. Atkinson et al.: Psychologie, Portál 2003). The chapters of the workbook correspond to the chapter divisions in Psychology and contain tests that verify knowledge of the topics in the respective chapter as well as their understanding in the context of other insights. Each chapter typically includes the following tests: What should I focus on before I start reading, Significant Figures, Important Terms, Knowledge in Context, and finally two Sample Tests, the first of which can be used to verify overall knowledge after studying the chapter in Psychology, and the second for a comprehensive verification of knowledge after the student has reviewed certain parts of the textbook following the first test. The workbook is supplemented by an answer key. The book is primarily intended for those studying or teaching psychology and related fields or preparing for entrance exams.
