Beschreibung
After the success of their book "Guide to Psychotherapeutic Techniques for Working with Children and Families," the Caby couple decided to write a sort of sequel that follows the structure of the previous book but develops new ideas regarding the resolution of problematic situations (e.g., working with metaphors, with resources, with improvisation). For each intervention, the following structure is again provided: basic idea, method description, specific tips for use, indications, contraindications, suitable for. The techniques are primarily intended for working with children and adolescents, but they can also be effectively used by couples, families, groups, and individuals in the context of psychotherapy, education, social work, coaching, and other forms of work with people. The overview of psychotherapeutic techniques for working with children and families suitably complements the previous book by the Caby couple, but it can also function completely independently and without knowledge of the previous publication.
