Beschreibung
The book playfully introduces both familiar and unfamiliar, edible and very dangerous mushrooms. Its readers will no longer have to fear mushrooms, as they will learn well that only some of them are toxic. A collection of short, independent stories is narrated by two preschoolers, Jonáš and Adélka, who spend their holidays with their grandfather - a great mushroom expert who never returns from the forest or meadow empty-handed. He becomes their kind teacher, teaching them to recognize different types of mushrooms and also to understand the basics of considerate behavior in nature. The book can help parents open the world of mushroom picking to preschool and school-aged children through understandable stories and beautiful illustrations by Eva Chupíková. Each story ends with questions to practice text comprehension and develop the topic.
