The current primary school teacher encounters not only "normality" but also, quite naturally, "abnormality." If they are to navigate interpersonal relationships, understand children and their parents, they should gain insight into broader contexts, be able to communicate not only within the framework of psychological normality but also know how to behave appropriately in cases of pathology.
