Beschreibung
The history of the famous "Hundred" began in August 1969 when it took over from the then-popular "Embu." The Škoda 100/110 became the most widespread passenger car in Czechoslovakia. In Mladá Boleslav, over a million of them were produced between 1969 and 1977. The book is primarily dedicated to these cars but also recalls their siblings: the Škoda 110 R coupe from the Kvasiny plant, the ÚVMV 1100 GT sports car from the Prague research institute, and the development study Škoda Super Sport, which was later transformed into the film star named Ferat. One of the chapters also maps the development and launch of the Škoda 105/120 cars, the last Škodas with a rear engine.
