Slavné disciplinární případy - Když fotbal spadne na dno – Felt Karel (2023)

Scandals in football, whether corruption or gross fouls, have accompanied this game since its very beginning. Our publication records the most significant disciplinary cases in the history of Czechoslovak and Czech football, from the beginning of the last century to the present day. The most recent cases involve the former president of the Football Association of the Czech Republic Miroslav Pelta and the former vice-president of the association Roman Berbr, official Roman Rogoza, another nineteen referees and officials, and the club Slavoj Vyšehrad. The stories mentioned will be a reminder for some of you, and for the youngest generation, a new insight. Author Karel Felt, as an experienced sports journalist, personally experienced some of them, even sitting as a witness next to the 'defendant' Karel Poborský in one case. Some of the stories will sound amusing, but others sadly, as they show how far some people in football are willing to go. Dr. Alexander Károlyi, who served on the FAČR disciplinary committee for 31 years, significantly contributed to the book. Thus, a completely unique document of the era is created.
