Do you know about ankylosing spondylitis, also known as Bechterew's disease? I became acquainted with it at the age of twenty. And it turned my life upside down. Back pain affects perhaps more than 80% of the population. And for some mysterious reason, it doesn't bother anyone. Everyone has actually gotten used to their aching backs. However, among us, there are about 1% of people who must address their pain. And the sooner, the better. If they don't, their spine or joints may stiffen, and there will be no turning back. Fortunately, I took my health into my own hands and brought the disease into remission. I have my personal story for you, the stories of other Bechterew's patients, and mainly expert information from doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and even a midwife. I interviewed them all.
