Don Riley from the Cyber Command at the Pentagon gets the opportunity to lead a new CIA operations team. It consists mainly of three talented naval officers and analysts who together manage to uncover a new terrorist group called Mahdi, operating in the explosive geopolitical environment of the Nile Basin. However, their strategy does not involve suicide bombings or unpredictable attacks. They are preparing to use the worst kind of biological weapon—a Pandora virus with a 100% mortality rate. The team’s task is not only to identify the person leading the group but primarily to prevent these dangerous terrorists from destabilizing the balance of power in the Middle East and executing a long-planned attack on Iranian territory.
