The official publication of the Czech Volleyball Association provides a comprehensive methodology for mastering this popular sport. It draws from all previous expert literature and enriches it with current trends. The book is intended for all coaches, as well as players and their parents. It can also serve as inspiration for coaches of other sports. Additionally, the book is becoming multimedia! On February 1, 2022, a methodological video portal linked to the book will be launched using QR codes. Readers can switch to the basic methodological teaching unit – a package – with just one 'click.' Each package consists of 2 to 6 individual videos that introduce the reader-coach to the teaching procedures of various movements, positions, techniques, and gameplay activities in 1 to 1.5 minutes. Thus, the book becomes a unique teaching guide.
