Architect Adam Gebrian set off with his wife Markéta and son Filip in 2018 for three months in Barcelona. Filip was exactly 2 years and 3 months old at the time. What they experienced together there is the subject of this book. It is definitely not a guide to the history or architecture of Barcelona. It is not a multi-layered portrait of the city either. You will not find a list of all the places worth visiting here. It is a record of the shared life, primarily of father and son, in this city and a brief description of the places they stayed together. Traveling with a small child is a fantastic thing. You just need to have plenty of time and be prepared to end up somewhere completely different than you initially imagined.
