When two charred bodies are found in Prague's Kolbenka, everyone assumes they are homeless. The corpses cannot be identified, and no one is missing them. Meanwhile, based on an anonymous tip-off, an investigation into long-standing corruption practices in the largest city company is launched, and everything takes on a different dimension. However, no one counted on the stubborn and uncompromising mayor. He is a thorn in the side of everyone – his club, his party, and also the criminals. Against the backdrop of the investigation into the brutal murder, a story unfolds, revealing practices from the realm of municipal politics, where corrupt elected representatives are closely tied to businessmen and where it is possible to sway even a state prosecutor for the right amount.
