Beschreibung
This Czech-language monograph systematically examines the critical reflection of the European Digital Competence Framework for Citizens and includes a working translation of the framework. It places the framework within the broader phenomenological tradition of thought and then examines all 21 competences, identifying points for consideration and critical reflection through a transdisciplinary approach. As the first monograph to address digital competences systematically in this way, it contributes to the wider public discussion of the framework and of digital competences themselves. The book considers philosophical, educational, sociological and information-science perspectives, aiming to remain accessible to a broad readership while retaining a scholarly interdisciplinary view of the subject. It shows that becoming a digitally competent citizen is a task for every individual in society.
