Thirteen short stories are introduced by a brief preface that straightforwardly characterizes the genre and theme. The author promises a harsh read that is not for everyone – and he keeps his promise. This is not a self-serving literary construct whose main task is to shock readers to the point of disgust. Yes, what the author writes about could have happened – and most likely did, perhaps in an even more horrifying form than the author presents. In the individual stories, he describes the phenomenon of some Muslims abusing jihad to conceal that they are: psychopathic murderers, organized serial killers who have decided to kill without apparent motive. They are most often driven by a desire to kill and to be killed.
